Every Organic Vibes piece is printed or embroidered after you order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping time is added on top. You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns
Because each item is made just for you, we don't accept returns or size/color exchanges. Please check the size charts below before ordering.
- Damaged or defective? Request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. Include a photo and short description.
- Wrong item? Report it with a photo and we'll fix it.
- Never arrived? Let us know within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
- Changed your mind? Ask to cancel right away. If production hasn't started, we can cancel it.
